• Rebuilding bmdpat.com as an AI tools studio.
• AgentGuard v1.2.7 is out. PR #331 open for budget-aware escalation guard.
• Running autotrader live with $204 of my own money. Six positions, all green at the moment.
• Shipping product #2 in the next 14 days. TBD what it is.
• Day job: Manager of SWE & AI. Side business runs nights and weekends.
