Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bmdpat.com and any software products sold or distributed by BMD Pat LLC ("we", "us"), including AgentGuard and any future tools. By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using any of our software, you agree to these Terms.

The service

We sell developer tools. The open source SDK (e.g., the AgentGuard Python package) is distributed free under the MIT license. Paid plans (Pro, Team) add a hosted dashboard, extended event history, email alerts, and related features described on the product page.

License

Open source components are licensed under MIT as published on PyPI and GitHub. Paid plans grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hosted features for the duration of your active subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, or mirror the hosted dashboard.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Free trial

Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until day 14. You can cancel during the trial at any time with no obligation.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the hosted dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. For refund eligibility see the Refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to build or run anything unlawful, to attempt to reverse engineer the hosted dashboard, to resell our hosted services, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.

Intellectual property

Except for the open source components, the software, service, trademarks, and content are owned by BMD Pat LLC. We retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
