Refund policy

Open source tools

The open source SDKs (for example, the AgentGuard Python package) are free under the MIT license. There is nothing to refund.

Paid subscriptions

Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until day 14, so the trial gives you two full weeks to decide whether the product works for you without any commitment.

After the trial, you may cancel your subscription at any time from within the hosted dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not prorate partial months. You keep access until the period ends.

Broken product refunds

If the product is materially broken for you and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, email us at pat@bmdpat.com and we will issue a goodwill refund for the current billing period at our discretion.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong please contact us first. We would rather resolve the issue or refund you directly than handle a chargeback through your card provider.
